Once again, a project for Manson that was running concurrent with the 33 St George’s Bay project. There were 2 plant room areas on top of this new office complex that needed a robust waterproofing solution for the plant roofs. All projects with Manson are well thought out and proper planning and design has gone into the plant room waterproofing on their commercial projects. This has enabled Asphaltech to form a long-term relationship installing the plantrooms on all Manson’s commercial projects.

Manson’s have been using Asphaltech to install Mastic Asphalt in all their plant rooms for over 14 years. So, the choice to use Pacoflex Mastic Asphalt was easy. All detailing with Manson projects repeats on each new project ensuring continuity of design and install and allows our applicators and Manson’s project team to easily find solutions for the ever-complicated plant room design. We have 2 more projects to complete in 2020.
