Tōtara Haumaru – North Shore Hospital, Takapuna Auckland

Tōtara Haumaru, Auckland’s newest hospital, opened its doors to patients on July 1, 2024. This state-of-the-art facility is set to serve the Auckland and Northland communities, featuring 150 beds, eight surgical theatres, and four endoscopy suites—all equipped with cutting-edge technology. Built to accommodate growing population demands, Tōtara Haumaru represents the most significant development on the North Shore Hospital campus since the 1980s.

For the waterproofing of this extensive four-storey building, Asphaltech partnered with Hawkins and architect Jasmax to ensure a robust and reliable solution.

All detailing with Manson projects repeats on each new project ensuring continuity of design and install and allows our applicators and Manson’s project team to easily find solutions for the ever-complicated plant room design.
