Neuchatel Permatec is a high-performance hybrid monolithic hot melt waterproofing membrane, engineered for exceptional longevity, ensuring it lasts for the entire lifetime of the building. This seamless and sustainable waterproofing solution is designed to deliver a reduced embodied carbon footprint for environmentally conscious projects.
What is Hot Melt Waterproofing?
Neuchatel Permatec is designed for use as the waterproofing layer in new-build flat roofing (when covered by suitable protection), inverted roofs, green roofs and podium deck specifications. Permatec is melted on site in a purpose-built machine and applied in two coats to provide a tough, flexible, self-sealing membrane with built-in root inhibitor.
Permatec now has over 50% reduction in embodied carbon, which represents a lower global warming potential of 150kg per tonne of material! Plus, this CodeMark-certified product comes packaged in a market-leading zero waste wrapper.
Put simply, choosing Neuchâtel Permatec can not only help you achieve improved BREEAM ratings for your project, but also make a positive impact on the journey towards a lower carbon construction industry.
