Asphaltech have been chosen several times now by Manson’s to waterproof their public podiums and plant rooms with mastic asphalt. The product was chosen in these circumstances because of its characteristics, impervious, durable, and tolerant to the amount of stress and strain the waterproofing must take when installing the wear slabs and plant machinery on its surfaces.

WATERPROOFING SOLUTION

The plant rooms are complex areas, full of detailing. Due to the nature of the build the contractors had built a metal frame over a lot of the plinths which given any other product, would have been a headache, but solving this, with careful and thoughtful discussions, we devised a system to overcome this and even with the changeable weather conditions we still completed ahead of time.

We would like to thank Mansons TCLM for those opportunities and for their on site assistance in making these projects successful and look forward to a long relationship.
