The architect had specified a mastic asphalt roofing system that would protect the building for many years to come. Mastic Asphalt is durable, strong, and flexible enough to handle some movement within today’s modern structures. The project entry date was pushed forward which in turn meant the crane had to be pulled down early which left Asphaltech with some logistical problems.

WATERPROOFING SOLUTION

Asphaltech carried out the complete roof working out of small dismantle able pots Asphaltech and their qualified team completed most of the roof then allowed the other trades to finish. Then last thing Asphaltech QA the roof carried out remedial and repainted the whole roof again, so it looked like new. Due to the monolithic nature of mastic asphalt.

A complete QA package was handed over to the client at the end of the project showing sign off sheets and pictures of complicated details during construction.
