Another project where the respected architect Paul Brown and partners has specified the Neuchatel Permatec to balcony areas and podium.

Our company was engaged by KBS to complete the waterproofing installation to decks and podium area on this key project in Takapuna. The project is one of many KBS has planned for the current site. The project was carried out at one of our company’s busiest times and as usual the project was staged with multiple visits to complete the balcony’s and podiums.

WATERPROOFING SOLUTION

Permatec was an ideal choice due to there being not reattachment issues with incorrect lapping as it is a monolithic liquid product. The window joinery details were all completed first to mitigate damage and allow the building to be closed over to allow the fitout to commence. The building was handed over completely late 2024.
