WATERPROOFING SOLUTION
There were 3 roofs on a concrete substrate that were to be covered in Armourplan single ply membrane. The fleece back Armourplan PSG was chosen in a fully adhered system. The perimeter was all flashed with coated PVC metals. The metal coated trim allows the Armourplan to be welded directly to the trim on the building perimeter which created an aesthetic edge as well restraining the membrane to the perimeter. The project went nicely and the level and standard of finish our installer made was second to none.
Cold Roofing System
A traditional roofing system that has been used extensively for many years. A requirement for ventilation has to be considered when used of habitable space.
