Warm Roof Thermal Insulated System
The Warm Roof System includes a layer of high quality insulation foam between the roof structure and the Polymer Modified Mastic Asphalt layer. This will greatly increase the thermal properties of the roof structure. Very useful with today’s strict building code requirements.
Pacofoam is a high performance, fibre free, rigid thermoset insulation core faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is used for insulating flat roofs and is fully compatible with Pacoflex mastic asphalt systems.

- Pacoflex polymer modified asphalt 20mm thick (2X10mm coats) 42.92Kg/m2
- Sheathing felt 3mm thick 1.9kg/m2
- Pacofoam PIR Insulation boards 50-140mm (10mm increments) 140mm = 4.48kg/m2
- Vapour barrier- metal lined vapour control layer 3mm thick 3.8kg/m2
- Concrete deck
Total System Weight = 45.22kg/m²
* In accordance BS 8218: 1998, BS 8000: Part 4: 1989, and the recommendations of the Mastic Asphalt Council.
** Note: Solar reflective finish is regarded as a maintenance item and must be renewed every 5 years.
