Asphaltic recently represented new Zealand at the international mastic asphalt association annual conference in Verona this year.
This was the first time a company from the southern hemisphere had represented present at the international conference. Asphaltech was looked after very well by all its European member countries. The conference was very informative of the developments in the application fields within our great industry. The conference featured speakers from all over Europe explaining the positives in using mastic asphalt applications such as flooring, road installations, bridge deck waterproofing ,carper applications.
There were features and discussions on new designs for flooring and toppings that can be used for brightening the roads to form aesthetic finishes.
Asphaltech are looking forward to next years conference in Verona.
